Carter has joined Bredehoeft Realty Group with the goal of using his Computer Information Systems (CIS) degree and corporate work experience to streamline our workflow providing our clients with an exceptional selling and buying experience. He also oversees the branding for Bredehoeft Realty Group which includes design and content management for our website.
Carter also leads our “Make-Ready” services - a process that is critical for getting top dollar for your home. Our goal is to ensure a prospective buyer’s first impression of your home is that it has been well-maintained and ready to move in. This includes deep-cleaning, de-cluttering, handyman repairs, maintenance items, obtaining estimates and recommending vendors. He also coordinates our professional staging services.
